POUR OVER

Simple and intuitive the pour over method is an excellent brewing style to draw the exquisite flavor of your craft coffee. Single cup pour over coffee produces a delicate and dynamic cup of coffee. 

Steps

  1. Bring 400 grams of water to 200-205F.

  2. Weigh 25 grams of coffee ( 2.8-3 Tbps).

  3. Grind your coffee to sea salt grind.

  4. Fold filter and place into cone dripper.

  5. Pour some hot water through your paper filter to remove residual paper flavor and discard water.

  6. Pour your 25 grams of coffee into dripper bed.

  7. Pour 50 grams of water onto grinds.

  8. Allow coffee to "bloom" for 30 seconds.

  9. Pour the remaining 350 grams of water in circular motions onto coffee bed. Be sure to fully saturate grinds.

  10. Your brew ratio should be 1/16. 25 grams coffee, 400 grams water.
